Process
How it works
Six steps, each with a record you can inspect.
-
01
Become a client
Open an account, verify your email and complete identity verification (KYC). We review your application and confirm what we can accept.
-
02
Submit an asset
Describe the asset in your dashboard — category, quantity, weight, valuation, serial and certificate details — and upload photographs and documentation.
-
03
Verification
We receive the asset, inspect it, check it against its documentation and record the result. You can follow each step from your dashboard.
-
04
Secure custody
The verified asset is placed into segregated storage. Its location, insurance details and custody status appear on the asset record.
-
05
Request delivery
Select the asset (or part of it), enter the recipient and destination, and review the complete fee breakdown before confirming.
-
06
Track the shipment
Follow the consignment from preparation and dispatch through transit to delivery, with our operational record and carrier updates shown separately.

About fees
Custody and delivery fees are calculated from published rules — a base charge, plus components for declared value, weight, destination and method, plus any taxes that apply. Before you commit to a delivery you see the full breakdown, the total and the date payment is due. Depending on your account terms, delivery fees are payable before dispatch, once the consignment is in transit, or after delivery. If a fee changes after an invoice has been issued, you receive a revised invoice showing exactly what changed and why.
